Find me an au pair

If you would like us to help you find an au pair, please read the following points and complete our registration from.

If you dislike online forms and would like us to send you a Word version you can complete at your leisure, then either email us, or merely complete the first page of the online registration document.

TERMS & CONDITIONS / ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.

  1. To register with us, first read and sign our Terms & Conditions.

  2. Once you have done this, you will be taken to our online registration form This is a short form that lets us know you would like us to work on your behalf. It is free to register with us. Merely fill in your details and press the SEND button.

  3. Once completed, your registration will then activate an online application form This form allows us to ascertain your specific requirements. You may either print this off for completion, or complete online.However, please accept our apologies as this form is a little tricky to complete. You will need to complete very fully or the system will send you an 'error' message and not allow you to send it. We are doing our best to correct this glitch and once you have filled out your contact details, will automatically send you a Word version form for ease.

  5. Complete as fully as possible and return it to us. You can either do this by email or by post. CONTACT US

  6. We will then contact you to discuss your requirements.

  7. Once you have confirmed that you would like us to work on your behalf, we will look for a suitable au pair for your family and provide you with their details.

  8. If you agree with our choice, we will then arrange a suitable time with the Au Pair for you to call her.

  9. If you wish to accept the Au Pair to work for you, we will ask you to confirm via email, phone or in writing that you wish to proceed.

  10. We will then request a Letter of Invitation to your Au Pair plus your agency fee and any additional paperwork (depending upon the Visa requirements of your Au Pair's home country).

  11. When all the details are confirmed, we will obtain travel details from your Au Pair and liase with you regarding collection points and times.

  12. We will provide you with our Family Welcome Pack providing you with helpful advice for the first few weeks.
